Chicken 65 Recipe/Chicken Recipes

Ingredients:
 
Chicken-300 g
Egg-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Chili Powder-1 tsp
Corn Flour-1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.In a Mixing Bowl add 1 Egg and Ginger garlic paste.
 

2.Now add Chili Powder,Corn Flour,Turmeric Powder and Salt.

 

3.Mixing Everything.

 

4.Now add washed and drained Chicken Pieces.

 

 

5.Marinate and rest for 30 Mins.
 

6.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.

 

7.Once the Oil is hot add chicken Pieces one by one(do not overcrowd).

 

 

8.Cook for 3 to 5 Mins till it turns golden brown.

 

Notes:
  • You can add Extra Chili Powder if needed.
  • For extra masala taste you can add garam masala.
