Ingredients:
Baby Corn-10
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Chili Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Rice Flour-1 tsp
Corn Flour-1 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil For deep frying
Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.Cut the Corn as your needed Shape and Size.
2.In a Kadai add Water and once it becomes hot and add corn and cook for 2 mins(do not cook for more than 2 mins because while deep frying it absorbs more Oil).
3.Strain and Keep aside.
4.In a Mixing Bowl add Ginger Garlic Paste, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, needed Salt and 1/4 Water and mix.
5.Now add the cooked Corn in masala and Mix.
6.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.
7.Once the Oil is hot add the corn and stir occasionally till it becomes golden brown on both sides
8.Once the corn is fried,switch off the flame and add 1 sprig Curry Leaves and remove immediately and add to the Fried Corn.
Notes:
- Masala should be little salty and Spicy before adding the Corns.
- You can also add 1 tsp Maida/All Purpose Flour.
