Gobi 65 Recipe/Cauliflower 65 Recipe

Cauliflower 65 or commonly known as Gobi 65 is one of the most famous and common starter,almost available in all Indian restaurants.Gobi 65 is a recipe,which is prepared by deep frying cauliflower with Chili powder,besan(gram flour),curd and Salt.Curd can be replaced with egg.

Gobi 65 is served as starter,appetizer or as a side dish for Sambar Rice,Rasam rice and curd rice.This is one of common dish which is ordered by most of the people.

Ingredients

Cauliflower-3 Cups cleaned and Chopped

Curd-1/4 cup

Chili Powder-1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Besan/Gram Flour-1 tbsp

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

Step by Step Photo Recipes

1.Chop the Cauliflower into Pieces.

2.Add the chopped pieces in hot water.

3.Add Turmeric Powder.

4.Allow it for 10 mins and Filter.

5.Add Ginger garlic paste.

6.Add Curd.

7.Then add Chili Powder.

8.Now add Salt.

9.Add besan/gram flour.

10.Mix everything.

11.Soak for 30mins.

12.Heat a kadai and add oil.

13.Once the oil is hot,add the cauliflower.

14.Cook in medium flame,till it turns golden brown.

15.Serve hot.

Notes

1.adjust the spice by adding more or less chili powder.

2.You can replace curd with egg.

3.Cook in medium flame for crispy 65.
