    Preparation Time:10 Mins
    Cooking Time:20 Mins
    Serves:2 to 3


    Ingredients:

    Baby Corn-6 Chopped
    Onions-1 Medium Sized Chopped Finely
    Carrot-1/4 Cup Chopped Finely
    Ginger-1 Inch Chopped Finely
    Garlic Cloves-2 Chopped Finely
    Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
    Corn Flour-1 tsp
    Salt as needed
    Cabbage For garnishing(optional)

    Method:

    Chop Carrots,Onions and baby Corns.

    Then Finely chop garlic cloves.

    In a pan add Butter/Oil and add Garlic Cloves and saute till aroma comes.

    now add the onions and saute for 30 secs and add chopped vegetables and salt.

    Further add required amount of water and allow it to boil for 20 minutes in medium flame.
    Mix 1 tsp of Corn Flour in water without any lumps.
    After 20 Mins add the Corn Flour Mixture and allow it to boil for 3 Mins.
    Finally add Pepper Powder and Mix and serve.

    Step by Step Photo Recipe:

    1.In a kadai add 1 tsp butter/Olive Oil/Oil.


    2.Once the butter melts add Chopped Garlic and Ginger and Saute for 30 secs.

    3.Add Chopped Onions and Saute for 30 Secs.

    4.Add Baby Corn,Carrot,needed Salt and 1 litre Water and boil in Medium Flame for 20 Mins or till Baby corn gets cooked softly.

                              


    5.Mix 1 tsp Corn Flour in Water with out any lumps.


    6.Once the Vegetables gets Cooked add Corn Flour Mixture and cook for 3 Mins.

    7.Once the Soup becomes thick add Pepper Powder.

    8.Garnish with Chopped Cabbage(optional) and Serve.

    Notes:

    • You can also add Capsicum/Bell Peppers and Spring Onions.
