Ingredients:

Black urad dal/Karupu Ulundhu:1 Cup
Water:2 to 2 1/2 Cup
Palm Jaggery:1/2 Cup to 1 Cup(depends on your Sweetness)
Salt:1/4 tsp

Step by Step Photo Recipe:

1.Add 1 Cup of Urad dal in kadai and saute till aroma comes.

 


2.Add water and soak overnight.

3.Add in pressure Cooker with 2 1/2 Cups of water and cook for 10 Whistles.

4.Add in 1/2 Cup Palm Jaggery and stir till it melts(you can also  melt and  add Jaggery).


5.Stir till it comes to Semi thick consistency.

 

        Cool and Serve.

  • Jaggery can be Added according to you Sweetness.
