Ingredients:
Black Urad dal-1 Cup
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil/Ghee for deep Frying.
Pre Preparation:
Wash and Soak dal in water for 5 to 8 hrs.

Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.Add soaked dal in blender and blend Coarsely without adding water.
2.Add Pepper Powder and Salt and Mix.
4.Take a Ball Sized dough and spread in plastic Cover/Foil or Clean Cloth.

Notes:
- Adjust Pepper Powder more or less.
- If dough is hard Sprinkle a spoon of water.
- If dough is sticky Adjust consistency by adding Rice Flour.
- Cook in medium flame.
- Spread the dough evenly for even Cooking.
