Black Urad dal Vada Recipe Video
Ingredients:
Black Urad dal-1 Cup
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil/Ghee for deep Frying.
Pre Preparation:
Wash and Soak dal in water for 5 to 8 hrs.
Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.Add soaked dal in blender and blend Coarsely without adding water.
2.Add Pepper Powder and Salt and Mix.
4.Take a Ball Sized dough and spread in plastic Cover/Foil or Clean Cloth.
Notes:
- Adjust Pepper Powder more or less.
- If dough is hard Sprinkle a spoon of water.
- If dough is sticky Adjust consistency by adding Rice Flour.
- Cook in medium flame.
- Spread the dough evenly for even Cooking.

Directions
- Wash and Soak dal in water for 5 to 8 hrs.
- Add soaked dal in blender and blend Coarsely without adding water.
- Add Pepper Powder and Salt and Mix.
- If dough is hard,add 1 spoon of water and Mix.
- Take a Ball Sized dough and spread in plastic Cover/Foil or Clean Cloth.
- Wet your hands and spread evenly.
- Make a Hole at centre.
- Gently drop the Vada in hot Oil.
- Cook in medium flame till it turns golden brown on both sides.

- If dough is sticky Adjust consistency by adding Rice Flour.
