Broken Wheat Rava-1 Cup
Water-2 1/2 Cup
Onion-1 thinely sliced
Green Chilies-4 Sliced
Curry Leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Coriander leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Oil-1 tsp+1/4 Cup
Ghee-1 tsp(optional)
Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and chana dal-1 tsp

Broken Wheat Rava-1 Cup
Water-2 1/2 Cup
Onion-1 thinely sliced
Green Chilies-4 Sliced
Curry Leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Coriander leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Oil-1 tsp+1/4 Cup

Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and chana dal-1 tsp

Directions
- Heat a kadai and Oil.
- Add Broken wheat.
- Saute for 2 mins.
- Remove from kadai and transfer into a plate.
- In same kadai add oil.
- Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds,urad dal and chana dal.
- Once splutters add sliced onions,green chilies,curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- saute till it becomes soft.
- Further add required salt.
- 10.Then add water.
- 11.Allow it to boil.
- 12.Once started boiling add roasted rava and mix.
- 13.Mix untill water gets absorbed completely.
- 14.Finally add 1 tsp ghee and mix.
- 15.Serve hot with sambar,chutney or jaggery.
