Ingredients

Broken Wheat Rava-1 Cup

Water-2 1/2 Cup

Onion-1 thinely sliced

Green Chilies-4 Sliced

Curry Leaves-1 tsp Chopped

Coriander leaves-1 tsp Chopped

Oil-1 tsp+1/4 Cup

Ghee-1 tsp(optional)

Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and chana dal-1 tsp

Salt as required

Ingredients

  • Broken Wheat Rava-1 Cup

  • Water-2 1/2 Cup

  • Onion-1 thinely sliced

  • Green Chilies-4 Sliced

  • Curry Leaves-1 tsp Chopped

  • Coriander leaves-1 tsp Chopped

  • Oil-1 tsp+1/4 Cup

  • Ghee-1 tsp(optional)

  • Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and chana dal-1 tsp

  • Salt as required

Directions

  • Heat a kadai and Oil.
  • Add Broken wheat.
  • Saute for 2 mins.
  • Remove from kadai and transfer into a plate.
  • In same kadai add oil.
  • Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds,urad dal and chana dal.
  • Once splutters add sliced onions,green chilies,curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • saute till it becomes soft.
  • Further add required salt.
  • 10.Then add water.
  • 11.Allow it to boil.
  • 12.Once started boiling add roasted rava and mix.
  • 13.Mix untill water gets absorbed completely.
  • 14.Finally add 1 tsp ghee and mix.
  • 15.Serve hot with sambar,chutney or jaggery.

4.Remove from kadai and transfer into a plate.

5.In same kadai add oil.

6.Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds,urad dal and chana dal.

8.saute till it becomes soft.

10.Then add water.

12.Once started boiling add roasted rava and mix.

15.Serve hot with sambar,chutney or jaggery.
