    Ingredients:

    Cooked Chana/Kabuli Chana-2 Cups

    Pomegranate-3/4 Cup Peeled
    Green Capsicum/Bell Pepper-1/4 Cup Chopped
    Cucumber-1/4 Cup Chopped

    Cilantro/Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Finely Chopped


    For Dressing:

    Lemon Juice-2 1/2 tsp
    Salt-1/4 tsp
    Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp
    Olive Oil-1 tsp (Optional)


    Optional Ingredients:


    Onions
    Yellow Capsicum/Bell Pepper
    Red Capsicum/Bell Pepper
    Cherry Tomatoes

    Mint Leaves

    Step by Step Photo Recipe:

    1.In a Mixing Bowl add Cooked Chana,Pomegranate,Cucumber and Capsicum.


    2.In a Small bowl add Lemon juice,Salt and Pepper Powder and Mix.







    3.Now mix in the dressing to Salad bowl and Serve.
