Chicken Chinthamani Recipe Video
Ingredients:
Chicken-500g
Shallots-100g
Red Chilies-10
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 1/2 spn
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves-1 tsp
Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Finely Chopped
Oil-3 to 4 spn
Pre Preparation:
1.Add Turmeric Powder to washed Chicken and mix and keep aside.

1.Heat a kadai and add Oil.
4.Once shallots become soft add chicken and Salt.
Notes:
- Adjust Chilies as per your taste.
- If you feel less spicy after cooking,you can add chili flakes.

Directions
- Add Turmeric Powder to washed Chicken and mix and keep aside.
- Deseed the red chilies and keep aside.
- Heat a kadai and add Oil.
- Add Curry Leaves and Red Chilies and saute for a minute.
- Add Shallots and Ginger garlic paste and cook till it becomes soft.
- Once shallots become soft add chicken and Salt.
- Add 1/2 cup water and cook chicken becomes soft and tender.
- Once cooked add Chopped Coriander Leaves,mix and serve.
Notes
- Adjust Chilies as per your taste.
- If you feel less spicy after cooking,you can add chili flakes.
