    Ingredients:


    Chicken-500g
    Shallots-100g
    Red Chilies-10
    Ginger Garlic Paste-1 1/2 spn
    Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
    Curry Leaves-1 tsp
    Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Finely Chopped
    Oil-3 to 4 spn

    Pre Preparation:

    1.Add Turmeric Powder to washed Chicken and mix and keep aside.




    2.Deseed the red chilies and keep aside.

    Step by Step Photo Recipes:


    1.Heat a kadai and add Oil.


    2.Add Curry Leaves and Red Chilies and saute for a minute.



    3.Add Shallots and Ginger garlic paste and cook till it becomes soft.




    4.Once shallots become soft add chicken and Salt.


    5.Add 1/2 cup water and cook chicken becomes soft and tender.




    6.Once cooked add Chopped Coriander Leaves,mix and serve.






    Notes:

    • Adjust Chilies as per your taste.
    • If you feel less spicy after cooking,you can add chili flakes.
