Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds-2 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
Dry Ginger/Sukku-1 inch Crushed
Jaggery/Palm Jaggery/Brown Sugar-2 to 3 tsp
Water-3 Cups
Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.Add 2 tsp Coriander Seeds in Blender.
3.Further add Crushed Dry Ginger and blend Coarsely.
4.Heat a Kadai and add 3 Cups of Water and allow to boil.
5.Once it reaches its boiling point add Crushed Mix.
6.Then add Jaggery Powder/Palm Jaggery/Brown Sugar and allow it to boil for 20 Mins(till its raw smell goes) and Mix in between.
7.Once ready Strain and Serve Hot.
Notes:
- Jaggery can be added as per your taste.
- Palm Jaggery tastes best.
