Drumstick Leaves also known as Moringa Leaves which is widely used in south india.These leaves are edible and it has lots of medicinal properties.Drumstick leaves are used in recipes like Sambar,Roti and in stir fry made with Eggs and lentils.

Drumstick Leaves Soup which is made by boiling drumstick leaves in water by adding Shallots,Cumin Seeds and Pepper Powder.It is rich in vitamins and minerals.Consuming moringa leaves soup weekly twice makes bone healthier.This also plays a vital role in hair growth and skin health.
You can also Make drumstick leaves powder and make use of it whenever needed.Drumstick leaves powder is made by sun drying fresh leaves.Once dried add into blender and blend into smooth powder.you can store it for a month in a airtight container.

Ingredients:
Drumstick Leaves-50 g
Onion-1 Medium Size (or) Shallots-5
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Pepper Corns-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
Method:
Add Drumstick leaves in a pressure cooker with 2 cups water.Further add turmeric powder and salt.
in a blender add shallots,cumin seeds and pepper corns and blend coarsely.
add the blended mixture into pressure cooker and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
strain and serve.

Directions
- In a Pressure Cooker add Drumstick Leaves and 2 Cups Water.
- Then add 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder and needed Salt.
- In a blender add Onion,Cumin Seeds and Pepper Corns and blend Coarsely.
- Add the blended Mixture in Pressure Cooker.
- Pressure Cook for 2 Whistles.
- Once the Pressure is released Strain and Serve.
