Egg Bejo Recipe with step by step photo recipe.It is burmese cuisine,which is now widely available as street in all over india.This is one of the spicy food.The Ingredient used in egg bejo recipe is onion,which is fried in oil till it turns into golden brown.Next garlic,Red Chilies sauted in Oil.And Finally salt mixed with water,lemon juice and tamarind water.
 
 

Ingredients:

 
Boiled Eggs-2
Onions-2 Sliced
Garlic-15 Cloves Sliced
Tamarind-1 small gooseberry Size
Red Chili-7 
Lemon-1/2
Salt-1 tsp
Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Oil for deep frying
 

Method:

Before starting the egg bejo recipe,check for the ingredients listed below.
 
In a bowl of water add lemon juice,next tamarind pulp is prepared by adding tamarind in water and sqeeze the pulp.
 
Add oil in a kadai and add onions(thinely sliced) and saute till it turns golden brown.Once ready remove from oil.Add garlic cloves in same oil and saute till it turns golden brown.
 
Again in same oil add red chilies and saute till it turns golden brown.once ready add into blender and blend coarsely.
 
Mix garlic and onions together.Now its time to serve.Slit the boiled egg and add onion garlic mixture,then add red chili flakes.further add lemon juice,salt water,tamarind water and the oil which is used for deep frying.finally end up with coriander leaves and serve.You can add the ingredients according to your taste.

Pre Preparation:

 
1.Mix salt in water and Keep aside.
 
2.Squeeze Lemon in 1/4 Cup water and keep aside
 
3.Soak Tamarind in 1/4 Cup water and Squeeze Pulp and keep aside.
 

 

 

Step by Step Photo Recipe:

 
1.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.
 
2.Once the Oil is hot add Sliced Onions and fry till it turns golden brown and keep aside.
 

 

 

3.In the same Oil add Sliced Garlic and saute till golden brown and keep aside.
 

 

4.Now add Red Chilies and saute for 30 sec and transfer to blender and blend coarsely.
 
5.Take some amount of fried Oil and Keep aside.
6.Add fried Onions and Garlic in a bowl and crush.
 
7.Make a slit in boiled Egg and stuff fried Onion and garlic Mixture.
 
 
                            
 
8.Now add Red Chili Flakes.
 
 
9.Further add 1 tsp Lemon Water,Tamarind Water,Fried Oil and Salt Water.
 

 

 

10.Finally garnish with Coriander Leaves add Serve.
