Egg Curry recipe/How to make Egg gravy recipe

    Ingredients:

    Boiled Eggs-5

    Onions-2 Medium Size

    Tomato-2 Medium Size

    Curry leaves-1 sprig

    Coriander leaves-1 tsp Finely Chopped 

    Grated Coconut-1 cup

    Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

    Chili powder-2 tsp

    Coriander powder-4 tsp

    Garam masala-1 tsp

    Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp

    Cinnamon Stick-1 inch

    Cloves-2

    Cumin Seeds/jeeragam-1/4 tsp
    Fennel Seeds-1/4 tsp

    Oil-2 spn

    Salt as required


    Step by Step Photo Recipe:

    1.In a blender add Onions and Tomatoes and blend Coarsely.


    2.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.

    3.Add blended Onion and tomato paste.


    4.Add curry leaves and Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till raw smell goes.

    5.Now add Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Chili Powder,Curry Masala and cook till raw smell goes off.


    6.In a Blender add grated Coconut ,Cinnamon,Cloves, and Cumin Seeds and blend into smooth paste.


    7.Add the mixture in kadai.


    8.Add water(Adjust accordingly) and Salt and Cook till gravy Become thick.

    9.Finally add Boiled Eggs and Cook for 5 Mins in medium flame(Make a Slit and add).



    10.Finely add chopped coriander leaves and mix. 

                                     





    Notes:
    • You can add more Chili Powder if required.
    • you can also add More boiled eggs.
