
In this post i have shared the recipe of Instant Gooseberry/Amla Pickle.This recipe is a best side dish for Porridges,Sambar,Rasam Rice and Curd Rice.This recipe is made with Fresh organic Amla,Chilli powder,Sesame Oil and Salt.This is easiest recipe and can be stored in refrigerator for 6 months.
I would like to share some tips for storing Pickle for long time.Try to use fresh organic Amla.Use Sesame Oil for best taste.Store it in a airtight glass container in a rerigerator.

Amla-3 Cups
Sesame Oil-1 Cup
Chili Powder-1/2 Cup
Salt-1/2 Cup
Step by Step Photo Recipes
1.Clean and wash the Amla.

2.Strian the water completely.
3.Add Oil in a kadai.

4.Add Mustard seeds.

5.Once mustard seeds splutters add Chili Powder.

6.Add the washed Amla.

7.Further add Salt.

8.Cook untill it becomes soft.


9.Once ready cool completely and store in a glass container.

Note
- Add Chili Powder more or less as per your taste.
- Amla Should be completely dry before adding in Oil.
- Use Sesame Oil for best taste.
- You can store in refrigerator for about 6 months.
