Ingredients:
Rice Flour-3/4 Cup
Palm Jaggery/Jaggery-1/2 Cup(Depends upon Your Sweetness)
Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp
Salt-1 Pinch
Step by Step Photo Recipe:
1.Add Rice Flour in a bowl.
2.Heat a bowl or Pan and add Jaggery with 1 tsp Water.
4.Once melted add Cardamom Powder.
5.Now transfer the melted jaggery in Rice Flour.
6.Add a Pinch of Salt and Knead the Rice Flour by adding hot water little by little and knead into a Soft dough.
8.Make a small balls from the dough(make sure their is no crack).
9.Now gently press the dough with Four Finger leaving the thumb(do not allow dumplings to become dry).
11.Steam for 10 mins and once cooked it turns into glossy finish.

Notes:
- Jaggery can be added more or less according to your sweetness.
- Coconut Chunks can also be added while kneading dough for extra taste.
