
Kari Dosa Recipe is one of the most famous recipe in Madurai,Tamilnadu.Basically Kari Dosa is prepared by using Mutton or by using chicken.Kari dosa can be eaten alone or along with Mutton or chicken gravy.I never tasted the kari dosa in madurai,but i tasted in chennai from Madurai Kumar mess.I love the taste of mutton kari dosa rather than chicken.But in this post i have shared the recipe of Chicken dosa with step by step photos.Kindly checkout the recipe and make a try.

Ingredients
Chicken-200g
Egg-1(per dosa)
Onion-1 Finely chopped
Tomato-2 medium sized finely chopped
Curry Leaves-2 Sprig
Coriander Leaves-2 tbsp Chopped
Chili Powder-2 tsp
Coriander Powder-3 tsp
Curry Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt as required
Oil-2 tbsp
Step by Step photo Recipes
1.Heat a kadai and add oil.

2.Add Onion.

3.Now add Tomatoes.

4.Add Curry Leaves(1 sprig)

5.Mix and cook till it becomes soft and mushy.

6.Then add Ginger garlic paste and cook untill raw smell goes off.

7.Now add the washed chicken pieces(cut into small pieces)

8.Further add salt.

9.Then goes in Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Curry Powder and Coriander Powder.

10.Give it a good mix.

11.Cook for 2 to 3 mins in medium flame.

12.Then add 3 cups of water.

13.Mix and cook till chicken becomes soft.

14.Finally add the coriander leaves and mix.

15.Heat dosa tawa.

16.Spread dosa batter thickely in medium flame.

17.Break open the egg,add salt and mix.


18.Now add the mixed egg mixture on the dosa.

19.Then spread the prepared chicken masala on the egg mixture.


20.Further add Curry leaves.

21.Add Oil and Cook in medium flame.

22.when one side of the dosa becomes golden brown,slowly turn the dosa into otherr side.

23.Cook in medium flame on other side.

24.Once ready serve hot with any non veg gravy.

Notes
1.You can also replace Chicken with Mutton.
2.Use groundnut oil for best taste.
