Ingredients:

 
Wheat Flour-2 Cups
Moringa leaves-2 Cups
Onions-1 Large Chopped Finely 
Red Chilies-5 Chopped 
Oil-1/4 Cup
Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and Chana dal-1 tsp 
Salt as needed
Ghee optional
 
Pre Preparation:
 
1.Clean and wash Moringa leaves.

Step by Step Photo Recipes:
 
1.Heat a kadai and add Oil.
 

 

2.Add Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and Chana dal.
 

 

3.Once splutters add Onions and Red Chilies.
 

 

4.Add Moringa Leaves and Salt.
 

 

5.Saute till Moringa Leaves gets cooked.
 

 

6.In a mixing bowl add wheat Flour.
 

 

7.Add Cooked Moringa Mixture.
 

 

8.Further add water gradually and mix.
 

 


9.Dough should be in sticky consistency.
 
10.Wet your hands and take a small amount of dough and spread evenly in tawa.
 

 

 

11.Add Ghee/ Oil and Cook in medium flame.
 

 

12.Flip on both sides and cook till it becomes golden brown.
 

 

 

 

Notes:

  • Adjust Red Chilies.
  • Dough should be in sticky consistency.
  • Cook in medium flame.
  • You can also Spread dough in banana leaf or aluminium foil and transfer to tawa.
