Mushroom Gravy Recipe/How to Make Mushroom Gravy

    Cooking Time:30 to 40 Mins
    Serves:4 to 5


    Ingredients:

    Mushroom:1 Cup Sliced/Chopped
    Oil:2 tsp
    Mustard Seeds:1/4 tsp
    Urad dal:1/4 tsp
    Channa Dal:1/4 tsp
    Onion:1 Chopped
    Tomato:2 Chopped(Medium Size)
    Green Chili:1
    Coconut:1 Cup Chopped
    Chili Powder:1 tsp
    Coriander Powder:2 tsp
    Garam Masala:1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder:1/4 tsp
    Cinnamon Sticks:1 Inch
    Cloves:2 Cloves
    Pepper Corns:1/4 tsp
    Anise:1/4 tsp
    Ginger and Garlic Paste:1 tsp
    Curry Leaves-1 Sprig
    Coriander Leaves For Garnishing.
    Salt as needed.

    Step by Step Photo Recipe:

    1.Add 2 tsp oil in a kadai/Pan.


    2.Add Mustard seeds,Urad dal and Channa dal.



    3.After it Splutters Add Onion, Tomatoes, Curry Leaves, Salt and Green Chili


    4.Add needed Salt and Turmeric Powder.


    5.Add in  Mushrooms.

    6.Now add Chili Powder,Garam Masala and Coriander Powder.


    7.Add 1/2 Cup Water and cook for 5 Mins.

    8.Add in Coconut Paste.

    9.Add in 2 Cups water and allow till it gets thicken.


    10.Now gravy is ready to serve.




    Notes:

    • You Can also add Cashew Paste.
    • Spice Can be added More As Per your Taste.
