Mushroom soup Recipe with step by step photos.Creamy Mushroom soup is made with Fresh Button mushrooms,onion,garlic and butter.This is one of the perfect soup during winters.
 
This is a one pot recipe and made within 30 mins.This is one of my favourite recipe too.Here i have shared the recipe of simple mushroom soup from scratch.i have used butter,you can also replace it with Olive oil.please do checkout the recipe and make a try.

Method:

clean and chop the mushrooms.Heat akadai and add Olive oil/butter or any vegetable oil.Add Finely chopped garlic and saute till it turns aromatic.
 
Now add finely chopped onions and saute till aroma arise and  add finely chopped mushrooms and salt and saute for 5 mins in medium flame.
 
Transfer the cooked mushrooms in a blender and blend into smooth paste.Again transfer into vessel and add water.
 
Boil for 5 mins and sprinkle some pepper powder and serve.
 

Ingredients:

 
Mushroom(Button Mushroom)-200g Sliced
Onion-1 big size finely chopped
Garlic-4 Cloves Finely Chopped
Butter-3 tsp(Salted orUnsalted)
Pepper Powder-1 tsp
Salt as needed
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.Add 3 tsp Butter in a Vessel.
 
 

2.Turn the Stove to low Flame and add Chopped Garlic and Saute for 30 secs.

 
 

3.Then add Chopped Onions and Saute for 1 min.

 

 

4.Further add Mushrooms.
 
 

5.Now add Required Salt and Saute for 5 Mins in medium Flame.

 
 

6.Transfer the Cooked Mushrooms into blender and blend into smooth paste.

 
 
 

7.Again transfer the paste into same vessel and add 1L Water.

 
 
 

9.Finally add Pepper Powder and Serve.

  • Adjust Salt and Pepper according to your taste.
