Ingredients:
Mutton-250g
Shallots-12 to 45
Tomato-1 Medium Size
Curry Leaves-2 Sprig
Coriander Leaves-2 tsp Chopped
Chili Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Curry Masala-1/2 to 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Coconut Chunks/Grated-1/3 cup
Cinnamon Stick-1 inch
Cloves-2
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
Pepper Corns-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt as needed
Pre preparation:
1.Wash and Strain the Mutton Pieces and keep aside.
2.In a Blender add Shallots and Tomato and Blend Coarsely and Keep aside.
3.Add Chopped Coconut,Cinnamon Stick,Cloves,Pepper Corns, Cumin Seeds and Water in a blender and blend into a smooth paste and Keep aside.

Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.In a Pressure cooker add 2 tsp Oil.
6.Further add Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder and curry Powder and Cook for 5 Minutes.
9.Once the pressure is released,boil till the gravy becomes thick.
Notes:
- Add More or less Chili Powder according to your taste.

Directions
- Wash and Strain the Mutton Pieces and keep aside.
- In a Blender add Shallots and Tomato and Blend Coarsely and Keep aside.
- Add Chopped Coconut,Cinnamon Stick,Cloves,Pepper Corns, Cumin Seeds and Water in a blender and blend into a smooth paste and Keep aside.
- In a Pressure cooker add 2 tsp Oil.
- Once the Oil is hot,add 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste and saute till it becomes golden brown.
- Now add blended shallots and tomato into pressure Cooker.
- Further add Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves.
- Once the Oil Comes out,add Mutton pieces into Pressure Cooker.
- Further add Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder and curry Powder and Cook for 5 Minutes.
- Now add the Coconut paste into Pressure Cooker.
- Add 4 to 5 Cups Water and Pressure Cook till mutton Pieces gets Cooked well.
- Once the pressure is released,boil till the gravy becomes thick.
- Finally garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve.
