Ingredients:
Mutton-250g
Shallots-12 to 45
Tomato-1 Medium Size
Curry Leaves-2 Sprig
Coriander Leaves-2 tsp Chopped
Chili Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Curry Masala-1/2 to 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Coconut Chunks/Grated-1/3 cup
Cinnamon Stick-1 inch
Cloves-2
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
Pepper Corns-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt as needed
Pre preparation:
1.Wash and Strain the Mutton Pieces and keep aside.
2.In a Blender add Shallots and Tomato and Blend Coarsely and Keep aside.
3.Add Chopped Coconut,Cinnamon Stick,Cloves,Pepper Corns, Cumin Seeds and Water in a blender and blend into a smooth paste and Keep aside.

1.In a Pressure cooker add 2 tsp Oil.
6.Further add Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder and curry Powder and Cook for 5 Minutes.
9.Once the pressure is released,boil till the gravy becomes thick.
Notes:
- Add More or less Chili Powder according to your taste.
