Ingredients:
Full Fat Milk/Cows Milk:1 litres
Sugar-2 tsp
Cardamom Powder-1 Pinch
Ghee-2 tsp
Almonds/Cashews-1 tsp
Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.In a heavy bottom Kadai add 1 litre Milk and allow it to boil.
2.Once it reaches boiling point reduce the flame to Medium and stir occasionally.
3.Now Milk starts to get thicken,collect the malai and scrap the sides and stir.
4.Continue the Process till milk gets thicken.
5.Once it becomes thick add sugar and Mix.
6.Finally add Cardamom Powder and Ghee and Mix.
7.The right Consistency of palkova is,it should not be in sticky consistency.
8.Garnish With Your Favourite Nuts and Serve.
