Pazham Pori Recipe/Kerala Special

    Ingredients:

    Banana/Nedhiram pazham-2
    Maida/All Purpose Flour-1/2 Cup
    Sugar-1 tsp
    Salt-1 tsp
    Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp
    Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
    Oil for deep frying

    Step by Step Photo Recipe:


    1.Slit the Banana and Cut into two halves.


    2.In a Mixing bowl add Maida,Sugar,Salt,Turmeric Powder,Cardamom Powder and mix.

    3.Add needed water and mix into a smooth paste with out any lumps(not too thick).
    4.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.
    5.Now coat the banana pieces one by one and drop in oil.(Oil must be hot enough)



    6. Deep fry on both sides till it becomes golden brown on both Sides (Stir occasionally and do not over Cook).

    Notes:
    • You can Skip Sugar if u feel banana is too Sweet.
