Ingredients:
Potato-3 medium Sized
Cheese-6 Pieces+1/4 Cup Grated
Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Breads Crumbs-2 tsp+1/3 Cup
Maida/Corn Flour-2 tsp
Salt as needed

1.Boil Potatoes in Water till it becomes Soft.
8.Add 2 tsp Cornflour/Maida in a bowl and Mix it with water to make a paste.
11.Heat a kadai and add oil.
12.Once the Oil is hot,turn to medium flame and drop the balls.
Notes:
- You can replace Chili Powder with green Chilies.

Directions
- Boil Potatoes in Water till it becomes Soft.
- Once boiled,peel off the skin.
- In a Mixing Bowl add boiled potatoes and mash completely.
- Further add Chili Powder,Grated Cheese,Coriander Leaves,2 tsp Bread Crumbs and Needed Salt.
- Mix everything into a soft dough.
- Take a small amount of dough and flatten slightly.
- Place a small cube of cheese and bring together to make a ball(make sure their is no cracks).
- Add 2 tsp Cornflour/Maida in a bowl and Mix it with water to make a paste.
- Gently Coat the ball in the Corn Flour Paste.
- Further roll the ball in bread crumbs.
- Heat a kadai and add oil.
- Once the Oil is hot,turn to medium flame and drop the balls.
- Do not disturb for 15 seconds and stir occasionally till it turns into golden brown.
