Potato Cheese Balls Recipe/How to Make Potato Cheese Balls/Kids special

 

Ingredients:

 
Potato-3 medium Sized
Cheese-6 Pieces+1/4 Cup Grated
Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Chopped
Breads Crumbs-2 tsp+1/3 Cup
Maida/Corn Flour-2 tsp
Salt as needed
 
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.Boil Potatoes in Water till it becomes Soft.
 
 
2.Once boiled,peel off the skin.
 
 

3.In a Mixing Bowl add boiled potatoes and mash completely.

 
 

4.Further add Chili Powder,Grated Cheese,Coriander Leaves,2 tsp Bread Crumbs and Needed Salt.

 
 

5.Mix everything into a soft dough.

 
 

6.Take a small amount of dough and flatten slightly.

 

 

 

7.Place a small cube of cheese and bring together to make a ball(make sure their is no cracks).

 

 

 

8.Add 2 tsp Cornflour/Maida in a bowl and Mix it with water to make a paste.
 

 


9.Gently Coat the ball in the Corn Flour Paste.

 
 

10.Further roll the ball in bread crumbs.

 
 

11.Heat a kadai and add oil.
 
 
12.Once the Oil is hot,turn to medium flame and drop the balls.
 

 

13.Do not disturb for 15 seconds and stir occasionally till it turns into golden brown.

 
 

Notes:

  • You can replace Chili Powder with green Chilies.
