Potato Peas Masala/How to make Poori Masala/Aloo Matar Masala

    Cooking Time:20 Mins
    Serves:3 to 4

    Ingredients:


    Oil:1 tsp
    Mustard Seeds:1/2 tsp
    Urad dal:1/4 tsp
    Channa dal:1/4 tsp
    Potato:1 Cup Cooked 
    Peas:1/2 Cup(Fresh one)
    Onion:1 Sliced
    Green Chili:3 to 4(Add More for extra Spice)
    Fried Gram Powder/Pottukadalai Powder:1/4 Cup
    Curry Leaves:2 Sprig
    Turmeric Powder:1/4 tsp
    Asafoetida:1/4 tsp
    Salt as needed
    Coriander Leaves For Garnishing

    Step by Step photo Recipe:

    1.Add oil in a kadai.


    2.Add Mustard Seeds,Urad dal and Channa Dal.


    3.Add Asafoetida.


    4.Add Chopped Onions and Green Chilies.


    5. Add Turmeric Powder and Cook till it gets Soft.



    6.Now add Peas and 1/2 Cup Water and cook till it gets soft.


    7.Further add in Cooked Potatoes,Salt and Fried Gram Powder and some more water need for Masala too get cooked.


    8.Allow it to get thicker and Garnish with Some Coriander Leaves.



          Serve with Dosa or Poori



    Notes:

    • Add More Chilies if needed.
