Ingredients:

 
Pumpkin-2 1/2 Cup Chopped
Rice Flour-1/3 Cup(6 tsp)
Corn Flour-1 tsp
Onion-1 Chopped Finely
Green Chili-2 Chopped Finely
Coriander Leaves-1 tsp Chopped Finely
Salt as needed
Oil For deep Frying
 

Method:

Peel and Chop the Pumpkin Pieces and Steam in Idly Pot/Steamer.
 
Once Cooked Mash with Masher With out any lumps.
 
Then add Chopped Onions,Green Chilies,Coriander Leaves and Curry Leaves.
 
Further add Required amount of rice flour and mix into a soft dough.
 
Heat a Oil in kadai.Take a small amount of dough and and press slightly.
 
Once the oil is hot,drop the cutlet in Oil and cook in medium flame till it turns golden brown brown on both sides.
 

Step by Step Photo Recipes:

 
1.Steam the Chopped Pumpkin in a Steamer or Idly Pot for 10 Mins(or Cook till it becomes Soft).
 

 

 

2.Once Cooked transfer the Pumpkin to a Mixing Bowl.

 
 

3.Mash Completely with a Fork or Masher.

 
 

4.Now add Chopped Onion,Green Chili,Coriander leaves and needed Salt.

 
 

5.Further add Corn Flour and Rice Flour and Mix into a dough.

 
 
7.Take a small amount of dough and Press lightly(make into cutlet shape).
 

 

 

8.Once the Oil is hot,drop the Cutlet pieces and Cook in Medium Flame.

 

 

9.Cook untill it becomes golden brown on both sides.
 
 

Notes:

 
  • If required add more Rice Flour.
  • Deep fry in hot Oil with Medium Flame.
