Pumpkin Sweet Rolls Recipe/Pumpkin Cake with detailed step by step photo recipes.With Pumpkin Sweet roll is made out of only three ingredients Pumpkin,Rice Flour and Sugar.This Recipe will be loved by kids.
 



I tried out this recipe for first time and it turned super yummy.You can also try out in different shapes with the use of  Cookie cutter.
 
Leftover rolls can be dropped in sugar syrup and can be eaten as Pmpkin jamun.

Sweet Pumpkin-2 1/2 Cup Chopped
Rice Flour-1/4 Cup
Granulated Sugar/Brown Sugar-1/4 Cup
Oil for deep frying
 

Method:

Chop and Steam Pumpkin Pieces in Steamer or Idly Pot.
 
Once Cooked mash it with masher and add rice flour and Sugar.
 
Mix completely and adjust consistency.
 
Heat a kadai and add Oil.
 
Take a small amount of dough and make desired shape using cutter or with hands.
 
Once the Oil is hot drop the Pieces gently and cook till it becomes golden brown on both sides.

1.Steam the Pumpkin pieces in a steamer or Idly pot for 10 Mins.
 

 

 

2.Once Cooked transfer to a mixing bowl.

 
 

3.Mash completely with a fork or masher.

 

 

4.Add Rice Flour and mix.

 

 

5.Further add Sugar and mix into a dough.

 
 

6.Heat a kadai and add Oil.

 

 

7.Take a small amout of dough and roll(wet your hands lightly).

 

 

 

8.Once the Oil is hot drop the pieces and do not distrub for 15 secs.

 

 

9.Cook in Medium flame till it turns golden brown.

 


 

Notes:

  • Add Sugar More or less according to your taste.
  • If need add extra Rice flour.
  • Use home made Rice Flour For better taste.
  • Roll as of your desired shape.
