A thin batter is made with sooji/semolina,rice flour,maida and water.You can also use butter milk instead of water.The batter is spiced with onion,green chilies and some spices and coriander leaves and curry leaves.

Ingredients:
Rava/Sooji-1/2 Cup
Rice Flour-1/2 Cup
All Purpose Flour/Maida-1/4 Cup
Wtaer-2 1/2 Cup
Onion-1 Finely Chopped
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Ginger-1/2 inch Finely Chopped
Peppercorns-1/2 tsp
Green Chilies-2 Finely Chopped
Curry Leaves-2 Sprig Finely Chopped
Coriander Leves-2 tsp Finely Chopped
Salt as needed
Step by Step Photo Recipe:
2.Add Chopped Onion,Green Chilies,Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves.
3.Now add in Pepper corns,Cumin Seeds and required Salt.
4.Further add in 2 1/2 Cups of Water and Mix well.
5.Rest the batter for 30 mins.
6.Heat a pan and pour the batter in high flame.

Notes:
- Add enough water for Crispy dosa.
- You can also add buttermilk by reducing water or use 1 tsp Curd while mixing batter.
