SoyMilk Sweet Porridge/Healthy Drink

    Preparation Time:30 to 40 Mins

    Serves:4
    Ingredients:
    Soy-1/2 Cup
    Jaggery Powder/Palm Jaggery/Brown Sugar-3 tsp
    Water-4 Cups
    Elachi-3 Pods


    Step by Step Photo Recipe:

    1.Soak Soy for 10 to 14 hrs.
    2.Add Soaked Soy in a blender and blend Coarsely.


    3.Now add 2 Cups Water and blend into smooth paste.
    4.Further Strain the Milk using Muslin Cloth.
    5.Now transfer the Soy milk to a pan and add 2 Cups Water and boil in Low medium flame for 5 Mins.

    6.Now add Jaggery Powder and stir occasionally.
    7.Once the raw smell goes off add Elachi pods or you can add a tsp of Vanilla Essence and Serve.

    Notes:
    • Stir Occasionally because Milk will Stick at the bottom.
    • Jaggery can be added more if needed.
