Tapioca Chips Recipe/Tapioca Recipe/Snack Recipes/Maravellikilangu Chips/Chips

Tapioca Chips/Maravellikilangu Chips Recipe is a snack which is made from Tapioca.Tapioca/Maravellikilangu Sliced thinely and deep fried.Usually,Tapioca is steamed(or)boiled in water. Tapioca/Maravellikilangu is also used to make Tapioca stir fry and Tapioca vada.

This is one of the street snack, which is widely available in my area.I am a great lover of tapioca chips, which perfectly goes with rasam and sambar rice.Tapioca outer layer is cleaned and washed thoroughly and dried using tissue or cloth. Then, using slicer make thin slices.Make sure ever slice is of same size. You can also directly slice into hot Oil.If you are not comfortable with that procedure, you can slice it in plate and drop gently one by one in hot oil.Once the chips are ready, add Chili powder and salt.Mix and Store it in a airtight container. It lasts for about  2 to 3 days.
