Tapioca Vada Recipe Video
Ingredients:
Tapioca-1 Medium Sized Grated
Onion-1 Medium Sized Chopped
Gram Flour-2 to 3 spn
Chili Powder-1 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil for deep frying
Step by Step Photo Recipes:
1.Peel the skin of tapioca and grate it.
2.In a mixing bowl add Grated Tapioca and Onion.
3.Add Gram flour, Chili Powder and Salt and Mix.
4.Heat a kadai and add Oil.
5.Once the Oil heat is medium,take a small amount of dough and gently drop in oil.
6.Cook till it becomes golden brown.
Notes:
- Make sure oil is in medium hot.
- Adjust Chili Powder.
