Ingredients:
Oil-1/4 Cup
Tomato-2 cups chopped Finely
Fenugreek Seeds/Methi seeds/Vendhayam-1 tsp
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Chili powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
Step by Step Photo recipe:
1.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.
2.Add in Fenugreek Seeds.
3.Add in Chopped Tomatoes,Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder and Salt.
4.After 15 mins tomatoes releases water,Stir occasionally so that it does not stick at bottom(Cook in medium Flame).
5.At one stage Oil gets released and pickle gets thicker.
6.Once ready store in dry Container.
This can be Served with Chapati,Idly,Dosa and Curd Rice.
Notes:
- Cook in medium flame.
- Always make sure hands are dry.
- Store in a dry container.
- Chili powder and Salt can be added as needed.
