Ingredients:
Gram Flour-3 tsp
Rice Flour-1 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder-1/2 tsp(Can add more or less according to your taste)
Salt-1/2 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing-1/4 tsp
Onion-1 Medium Sized Chopped
Banana Flower/Vazhaipoo-1/2 Cup Chopped
Water as needed
Step by Step Photo Recipe:
1.In a Mixing Bowl add 3 tsp Gram Flour.
2.Now add Rice Flour,Chili Powder,Salt and Asafoetida.
3.Mix all the ingredients.
4.Now add Onions and Vazhaipoo and mix.
5.Further add Water little by little and make a dough(not too hard nor too soft).
6.Take a Small Sized Dough and Press lightly.
7.Heat a Kadai and add Oil.
8.Once the Oil becomes hot add Vada into Oil and Cook in Medium Flame.
9.Flip over both Sides till it becomes Golden Brown.
Notes:
- Salt and Chili Powder can be added more or less according to your taste.
- Cook in medium Flame.

Directions

- Now add Onions and Vazhaipoo and mix.
