Wheat Biscuit is one of the simple recipe with simple ingredients.This is one of the best evening snacks and which is prepared with in 30 mins.The ingredients used are Wheat/Maida,Sugar and Ghee.In this post i have shared the step by step recipe with pictures.Kindly checkout the recipe and make a try.

The another procedure of Wheat Biscuit is Mix Wheat/Maida,Powdered Sugar,Cardamom Powder,Baking Soda,Salt and ghee in a bowl.Spread the dough and Cut into Pieces.Drop the pieces in hot oil and cook in medium flame till it turns golden brown.

Here i recommend some of the other evening snacks like Pumpkin Cutlet,Sweet Pumpkin Roll,Tapioca chips,Potato Smiley,Road side kalan/Mushroom.

Ingredients

Wheat/Maida-1 Cup

Sugar/Powdered Sugar-1/4 Cup

Ghee-1 tbsp

Water-1/4 Cup

Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp(optional)

Baking Soda-1 pinch

Salt 1/4 tsp

Step by Step Photo Recipe

1.In a Mixing bowl add Sugar.

2.Add water.

3.Mix till Sugar gets dissolves.

4.Now add Wheat flour.

5.Then add salt.

6.Add ghee.

7.Mix and knead like chapathi dough.

8.Spread the dough.

9.Cut into pieces.(in medium size)

10.Heat Oil in kadai.

11.Drop the pieces.

12.Cook in medium flame.

13.Cook till it turns golden brown on both side.

Notes

1.You can replace sugar with powdered sugar.

2.You can also add cardamom powder to enhance taste.

3.Cook in medium flame.
