White Sauce Macaroni Pasta/How to make white sauce Macaroni Pasta


    Preparation time:20 mins
    Serves:1 to 2

    Ingredients:


    For white sauce:


    Butter-1 tsp
    Garlic Cloves-1 finely chopped
    Maida/All purpose flour-1 tsp
    Milk-1 cup
    Cheddar cheese/Any cheese of your choice-2 tsp
    Oregano or any herb of your choice-1/2 tsp
    Pepper-1/2 tsp
    Chili Flakes-1/4 tsp
    Salt-1/2 tsp

    For pasta:


    Macaroni Pasta-1/2 cup
    Water- 1 cup
    Salt-1/2 tsp

    Vegetables:


    Mushroom-1/4 cup Sliced
    You can use any veggies of your choice.

    Step by Step Photo Recipes:


    1.Boil 1/2 cup pasta in boiling water and add 1/4 tsp Salt.



    2.once cooked strain and keep aside.

    3.In a pan/kadai add 1 tsp oil and add mushrooms


    4.Once mushrooms are cooked keep aside.

    5.In same pan add 1 tsp butter and add chopped Garlic and saute for 30 Sec.


    6.Add 1 tsp Maida and saute till raw smell goes in medium flame.



    7.Now add 1 cup Milk little by little and mix till it gets thicker without any lumps.



    8.Add chili flakes,pepper powder and any herbs of your choice.


    9.Further add cooked mushrooms and pasta.



    10.mix and check for salt if needed

    11.Finally add 2 tsp of cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choice.




    Notes:


    • Serve immediately once cooked.
    • Add Chili Flakes more for more spicy Pasta.
    • you can also add more Cheese for Extra Cheesy Pasta.
    • if you are serving left over Pasta Boil Pasta with Some Milk.
    • While preparing White Sauce make sure their is no lump formation.
